Meet Henry 'Budah' Abuda

Hey yogis, my name is Budah, I am an international yoga teacher, trainer, owner and founder of Xplore Yoga Training Academy, Fremont (CA). I am an experienced and passionate Yoga Instructor and Trainer with over 17 years of teaching experience and training in the Iyengar lineage. I also enjoy practicing and training others in Bikram, Ashtanga, and Hatha yoga. I am committed to providing extensive instruction and mentoring to yoga students and (future) generation of yoga teachers, while motivating them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self. I am adept in creating powerful and effective teaching programs that aim to support and benefit each and every student. I enjoy sharing the art of yoga, and all the benefits and history that it encompasses.
